I have been involved in gymnastics for 13 years, starting at the age of five. I competed at national level in Rhythmic gymnastics, including the English Championships, and trained at elite level for five years. One of my proudest moments was winning Nationals in 2019. Now a Level 1 qualified coach working towards my Level 2, I’m passionate about inspiring the next generation—helping young gymnasts feel the same excitement, confidence, and joy that gymnastics has given me.
